Leadership Development & Lean/6-Sigma Training: Led the development of a customized capability-building program (“Skilled for Action”) for a $2B building materials organization in Asia. Developed multiple workshops spanning organizational levels (from frontline to executive) to focus on operational improvement, safety, engagement, and leadership effectiveness. Prepared and delivered engaging “Learn and Do” workshops with the clients in 8 countries/15 sites with a local consulting team. Developed the training materials (translated into local languages), facilitator guides, and case examples. Topics included: Lean, Safety Hazard Identification, Visual Management, Gemba Walks, Problem Solving Toolbox Talks, and Standard Work. Deployed program across 15 sites.
Results/Impact
80% of the leaders were been promoted within a year.
Awarded Best Leadership Development program by the Australian Institute of Training & Development in 2020 for delivering strategic outcomes.
1:1 Coaching for a Strategy Consulting firm: Developed a pilot coaching program for a global top-tier strategy consulting firm for Business Analysts, Associates, Engagement Managers, and Assistant Principals. The program was launched to increase tenure and performance ratings. Established a tool/app to match coaching requests to coaches across 3 global locations. Sourced the coaches and supported the communication of the effort. Implemented the program and became one of the “On Demand” coaches. Rolled out the program across 100+ global offices. Topics include interpersonal effectiveness, client and team relationships, team management, managing a difficult situation or conversation, presence, client and team communication, presentations, problem-solving, and time mastery.
Results/Impact
The program received the 2018 Silver award from the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Leadership Development in the category of “Best Advance in Coaching & Mentoring”.
